I understand my clients deeply through my corporate experience in tech and management consulting. I led top-performing global analytics and growth teams across leading tech companies (including Director-level roles at Meta and Intuit after serving in leadership roles at Expedia, eBay, Pinterest) after working as a management consultant at Bain & Company. My expertise lies in using data to drive towards the most impactful business decisions and strategies. I motivated teams to excel through a people-oriented leadership approach.
Coach
I shifted into coaching to invest into the part of my work I loved the most - partnering closely with people to help them develop and grow. Throughout my corporate career, my favorite part of my role was 1:1s with people on my team - helping them uncover ways to make progress on projects and ultimately grow in their leadership. I specialize in working with leaders who want their work and their lives to feel more intentional, meaningful, and joyful - ultimately enabling impact through their work and satisfaction in their lives. In transitioning to coaching, I am able to leverage my strengths and bring intentionality to my impact and life.
Consultant
In my consulting work, I love to bring impact to a wider array of businesses and organizations. Data-driven approaches can accelerate growth and impact, and I want to help more products realize their full potential. I am well versed in product growth best practices to help accelerate a company's learning towards growth. I bring my experience as Director of Business & Ads Growth at Meta as well as leading analytics teams across Expedia, eBay, Pinterest, and Intuit.
I spend my free time with my husband and two young children in San Carlos, CA. I am an avid reader who always has a book recommendation, enjoy cooking and trying new food, and traveling.
I hold an MS in Statistics from University of Washington and a BA from Claremont McKenna in Math & Philosophy.
