Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade leading analytics and product growth teams at Meta, Intuit, eBay, Pinterest, and Expedia. I held Director-level roles at Meta and Intuit, and earlier in my career, built my business foundation at Bain & Company. Along the way, I launched and scaled high-impact teams, unlocked growth for products serving millions, and mentored dozens of individuals navigating challenges and opportunities.

That journey led me to what I loved most — investing in people. Today, through Arc Growth, I coach and advise individuals and organizations across industries and scales. I work with early-career professionals, seasoned execs, and leadership teams to build clarity, confidence, and capacity.
I spend my free time with my husband and two young children in San Carlos, CA. I am an avid reader who always has a book recommendation, enjoy cooking and trying new food, and traveling.
I’m a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute and the International Coaching Federation (ACC), and I bring a technical foundation in statistics and math (MS from University of Washington, BA from Claremont McKenna). My clients value the balance I strike: sharp, structured thinking alongside warm, human connection.
