About
Rachael Maltiel Swenson
Executive Coach & Growth Advisor
Founder, Arc Growth LLC
I help leaders grow into the next version of themselves - more strategic, more influential, more impactful. My coaching blends analytical sharpness with empathetic insight, helping clients connect the dots between data and storytelling, execution and strategy, self-awareness and results.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade leading analytics and product growth teams at Meta, Intuit, eBay, Pinterest, and Expedia - holding Director-level roles at Meta and Intuit, and building my business foundation earlier at Bain & Company. I launched and scaled high-impact teams, unlocked growth for products serving millions, and learned firsthand what it takes to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and high stakes.
That experience led me to what I loved most: investing in people. Today, through Arc Growth, I work with professionals who excel in their craft and are ready to lead at a higher level - more strategic, more influential, more trusted. My clients come from across industries and functions, from senior individual contributors stepping into leadership to seasoned executives navigating their next chapter.

I'm a certified executive coach through the Hudson Institute, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and certified in the Hogan suite of assessments. I bring a technical foundation in statistics and math - MS from the University of Washington, BA in Math & Philosophy from Claremont McKenna - that shapes how I think about problems, patterns, and people.
I live in San Carlos, CA with my husband and two young kids. I'm usually mid-book or mid-planning-a-trip, and always happy to talk about those.
I believe leadership is personal, and growth should feel both challenging and energizing. That's the space I aim to create in every engagement.
